Chris joined Understanding Recruitment at the start of 2026, after 9 years recruiting across European supply chain markets. 

Amazed by the tech world (and the engineers within it!), Chris is passionate about working with high-growth companies, helping ensure talent is never the bottleneck to their mission. 

He is also a strong advocate for the UK-based start-ups/scale-ups, keen to prove you don't have to move to the Bay for a fulfilling career as a Software Engineer!
